   Add your PDFs

   Choose PDFs or drag them into the preview. Use Add More to add others later. Click pages to resize only some of them, or leave nothing picked to change every page.

   Pick a Page Size, an Orientation and how the page should Fit. Pages that are not picked keep their own size.

   Resize Pages and download

   Click Resize Pages, then Download. Change anything and the button goes back to Resize Pages, ready for another run. Several PDFs download together as a ZIP.

How it works

Each page you chose is given the new size, and its content is placed on it with one scale and move, centred. The content is clipped to what was visible, so nothing outside the old page shows. Nothing is turned into a picture. Links and notes are moved by the same scale and move.

After the file is made, it is opened again and compared with your original: the page count, text, rotation and links must match, and every page must have exactly the size it was meant to have. If anything differs, no file is produced for that PDF.

Frequently asked questions

• Is my PDF uploaded anywhere? No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device. Your PDF is never sent to a server.
• Can I change only some of the pages? Yes. Click pages in the preview to pick them (or drag across several), use All, First, Last, Odd or Even, or type a range such as 1-3, 5. With nothing picked, every page is changed. Pages you do not pick stay exactly as they were.
• What is the difference between Fit and Fill? Fit shrinks or grows the page until all of it is inside the new sheet, leaving empty space on the sides if the shapes differ. Fill grows it until it covers the whole sheet, so a little of the page can be cut off at the edges.
• Is the page turned into a picture? No. The content is placed on the new sheet with one scale and move, so text stays real text, vector graphics stay sharp, and the text stays selectable and searchable.
• What does Orientation do? Match Page keeps each page portrait or landscape, whichever it already is, so a landscape page becomes a landscape sheet. Portrait and Landscape make every page that shape.
• Do links still work? Yes. Links and notes move and scale with the page, so they stay on what they were on.
• Does this change the quality? No. Nothing is redrawn or compressed. Pictures keep their pixels, so a big enlargement of a low-resolution picture looks soft, as it would in any viewer.
• Which PDFs are not supported? Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed. Remove the password first with PDF Password Unlock. Digitally signed PDFs can be processed, but rewriting the file invalidates the signature.

What happens to your file

Nothing is uploaded, stored on a server or tracked. Your PDFs stay in your browser's memory until you remove them or close the page. The new size becomes part of each page, so it cannot be switched off afterwards.

How to get the most out of it

• Use Fit to keep everything, and Fill when a small cut at the edges does not matter.
• Set the size before you print, so the printer does not have to scale it.
• To add empty space around a page without scaling it, use Add Margins to PDF.
• Keep your original file. The changes cannot be undone once the PDF is saved.
